True to its name, intelligent systems of scientific psychology are translated into practice. Beatrix Raeithel

has been taking on project responsibility at Intelligenz System Transfer since 1999. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Technical University of Dresden, where she studied under the renowned work and organizational psychologist Winfried Hacker.
Since then, her focus has been on management diagnostics as well as personnel and organizational development. Since 2024, she has been a partner at Intelligenz System Transfer Sanssouci.

Heiko Sill

has been part of the Intelligenz System Transfer network since 1990. After completing his Master’s degree in Psychology at Humboldt University of Berlin, he directed numerous work and organizational psychology projects. Since 1998, he has been running Intelligenz System Transfer Sanssouci as its owner, and since 2024, in partnership with Beatrix Raeithel.
His areas of focus are management diagnostics, strategy and transformation consulting, coaching, and conflict mediation. His conclusion so far: “Only those who change remain true to themselves.”more

Karla Bielitz

completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Potsdam in 2023. In her Bachelor’s thesis, she addressed the perception of female leadership competencies. Already during her internship in 2022 and subsequently as a working student at Intelligenz System Transfer, she actively supported a wide range of projects in the fields of personnel selection and development. She is currently auditing executives and emerging leaders within the scope of job-related aptitude diagnostics.
Alongside her role as an assessor, she is continuing her master’s studies in work and organizational psychology at the University of Potsdam. “My aspiration is to get to the bottom of things and to use the scientific methods of psychology to do so.”more

Lucy Gäbele

is studying psychology at the University of Potsdam and is about to complete her Bachelor’s degree. Since May 2025, she has been supporting the Intelligenz System Transfer Sanssouci team – with a focus on the clear and precise refinement of diagnostic content and, with a view to taking on responsibility in aptitude diagnostics.
