We focus on four core industries within Commerce & Industry:
Customer flow, gestalt and horopter principles: retail spaces designed with psychological know-how drive revenue and EBIT – as a matter of course. For more than ten years we have been back in grocery retail, supporting the industry’s largest players, particularly with management diagnostics.
With particular expertise we partner with IT companies, the IT departments of large clients, and customers across industries in their digital transformation. The processes of financial service providers are also becoming increasingly IT-driven: together with savings banks, we further develop strategies and their implementation.
There are fewer industrial workplaces today – which makes it all the more important to secure their future: creating places where people want to work – and to work well, while at the same time creating added value. Reliable processes, efficient cycle times, no downtime, a collegial team environment, seamless handovers, attractive career paths? All this can be organized with organizational psychology.
Cross-functional teams, reliable broadcast workflows, self-organized work, agility, Product Owner – for us, today’s prevailing themes (under slightly different labels) began fifteen years ago in public service broadcasters. Today we are also partners to media agencies and other creative enterprises.
