We started out developing mental maps for retail space design. For over 12 years now, we’ve been supporting leading players in the grocery retail sector with management diagnostics, development centers, and transformation projects—across procurement, sales, logistics, IT, project management, and administration. From regional to global—spanning Kerpen, Mumbai, and Hong Kong.
With particular expertise we partner with IT companies, the IT departments of large clients, and customers across industries in their digital transformation. We identify Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Chapter Leads, and Data Scientists across all continents. Who performs in a multinational team? Who delivers on the business case? Who successfully drives outsourcing initiatives? I.S.T. stands out through strong intercultural expertise and many years of experience.
There are fewer industrial workplaces today – which makes it all the more important to secure their future: creating places where people want to work – and to work well, while at the same time creating added value. Cross-functional teams, reliable broadcast workflows, self-organized work, agility, Product Owner – for us, today’s prevailing themes (under slightly different labels) began fifteen years ago in public service broadcasters. Today we are also partners to media agencies and other creative enterprises.
We have been working with the Sparkassen Finance Group for over 30 years. Across a wide range of topics, we’ve applied psychological expertise to deliver impact—whether in merger management, talent selection and leadership development, change management, sales optimization, robbery prevention, or managing branch closure projects. Today, our focus is particularly on developing management teams, refining strategies, and advancing ESG solutions.
